The individual has reportedly contacted members of the public, requested money for various reasons, and claimed that our firm would act for them in legal matters, including civil and criminal matters.
Our firm does provide legal services, including in civil and criminal matters. However, this individual is not authorized to represent our firm, offer or arrange our services, or request or collect money on our behalf. All instructions to engage our firm must be confirmed directly with our partners through the firm’s official contact channels.
Our firm only receives money upon proper instructions and issues a receipt for every payment received. We will never request or receive payment without providing a receipt. We have no connection with this individual’s communications or payment requests, and strongly condemn any conduct that may constitute fraud or other unlawful conduct.
If you receive any such communication or request, please do not make any payment or rely on the individual’s representations. You must liaise directly with our partners through the firm’s official contact channels to verify the matter.
